2 Natural Reasons I Wake Up On Saturday Mornings!

2 Natural Reasons I Wake Up On Saturday Mornings!

I live for fresh. And I kind of live because of what's fresh. I want to have the energy I need to do my business, my family, myself right.

So, on Saturday's, the Ellis family?

We go to the Farmer's Market.

Do a quick Google search to see if your town has one + you probably won't be sorry. Typically there are unique findings for the tastebuds + the eyes...I'll never forget when we noticed Hazel, our oldest, bargaining with the kids' train conductor for two rides around on the train, versus the one. Had to give it to her, she had worked for that round money + wanted the biggest bang out of it! That's how I feel about produce + skin, home products... I want the best for my people + the best for my buck. I find that fresh is the kindest thing I can do for anyone.

Here's me with a kombucha ~ having a meeting + doing myself a favor with what I put in it at the same time!

We also love heading to the spot where local growers gather because it's relaxing. And we know it will be. Peter and I both enjoy meandering around, nibbling on this and that, coraling our crew + unwinding...

I cook for my people, daily, and want to, no matter what project I have going on. So, Saturday's a nice way to gather my list for the week + enjoy being outdoors.

I have GOT to tell you about what else I found at our local market. Years ago, I started paying attention to this vendor, Jill, and her products: Happy Stuff.

Hear it from the horse's mouth: Happy Stuff is an ever-growing line of all-natural personal and home care products created with mindfulness and love.

Don't you just love that? Jill has no idea that I'm doing this, but here's the link to YOUR gift to yourself: Happy Stuff.

If you were hoping for something more jewelry-esque, go here for a little treat. (( Pick the silver beads + sterling silver metal OR gold beads + 14kt. gold-fill for our favorite summer pick! )) Can't you just see it on white linen at the beach!? Scrumptious!

Our best to you, folks!
