I've recently noticed so much about, "Hustle! or Face your biggest fears and live your dreams!"
And as I think about it, that isn't motivating me, actually.
I want to share with you, lovely reader, what IS truly inspiring me right now.

I've been so moved, challenged, invigorated by this removing of the outer layer -- that piece of yourself you want everyone to see -- removing that, and revealing what is at. your. core.
What does it look like to risk in your relationships and tell someone what you really want?! That's the kind of thing I'm inspired by lately, if I'm honest.
If the thought of letting others see that core-est version of yourself strikes fear, take heart: you don't have to shut down and hide in a corner. You can be protected and you're going to be okay. I've had to lean into believing I can have courage, because I'm protected by God, no matter what the feelings or situation. I don't have to cling to fear and anxiety. You + I can be honest to the point of the good, the bad, the ugly. And be okay.
This is where I've been in designing The Mina Collection. I had to get down to the very basic shapes and forms.
That kind of simplicity keeps you free to keep your creativity flowing -- being who you are - never overshadowing, always enhancing...
The pieces are still simple beauties.
It's still about that signature piece you can wear with everything.
But I want you to know, the pieces act as reminder tokens of protection. The collection's banner, Mina, means "Protector."
I want you to remember and believe, as you put them on, "I. am. protected, I am loved."
If you're a person who is surprised when someone tells you you're smart and -- you're shocked! You realize you give yourself way less credit than you should?
Rather than thinking "I probably don't have anything to offer," consider changing your inner dialogue to, "I probably do have something to say."
Because you are a human being, you do have something valuable to say.
Letting that be enough without something else, someone else having to say that you're enough.
This collection is for the confident woman. This collection is more about who it's for + what you're needing. You recall I designed the 'Bravery' Necklace last year -- put this on and you'll feel brave. The Mina Collection is still that, not a departure from what I've done before......
I want you to believe.
I want to offer your beautiful being a sweet, special piece of jewelry that reminds you to BE the message, LIVE the message that that particular piece carries. All under this gorgeous sun of "protective love."
I hope it sparks something like you putting your idea out there when you've held back in the past -- and maybe your idea isn't the best one -- but putting the idea out there IS the win, you being you IS in itself enough. It's the goal. The goal isn't someone validating you or patting you on the back.
It isn't about am I right or am I wrong - it isn't about judgment. We can just be who we are in the open space and let that be what it is.
Let's not judge it! How many times do we discount our offering... we end up deleting ourselves from the conversation because we consider someone else more important or their thoughts more valid than ours when it's actually valid by way of our being a person and innately we carry valuable weight because I am.
Let's try giving ourselves a bit more credit, eh?

This is where we find some commonality - we all have some value and contribution.
